I’d like to say I don’t believe what I’m reading but I know that it happens all the time…

If you get a chance check out H.R. 4916 (Click Here) this is a bill being considered that will send $150,000,000 to “provide grants and loans to foster private sector development in Latin America and the Caribbean.” (Emphasis added)

The CBO estimates that implementation of this bill could cost $81,000,000 over 2007-2011 period. See the CBO’s comments HERE.

Once again here we go sending our hard working tax dollars elsewhere in an effort to do what? Can’t we have some common sense when it comes to spending?
